San Jose Sharks forward Raffi Torres will meet with the NHL’s Department of Player Safety on Thursday as per NHL.com.

Torres was called for a minor penalty in the second period of Game 1 of the Western Conference Semi Finals after checking Kings center Jarret Stoll in what looked to be in the head.

Torres was suspended during last year’s playoffs for twenty five games  while playing for the Phoenix Coyotes after hitting Marion Hossa.
