Boston Bruins forward Daniel Paille sent his team back to the TD Garden in Boston with the Stanley Cup Final tied at one game apiece.

Tied 1-1 at the end of regulation, Game 2 headed into extra time. This time, however, it wouldn’t take as long as Game 1’s marathon triple-overtime thriller. Paille took a cross ice  pass from Tyler Seguin and wristed a shot past Blackhawks goalie Corey Crawford at 13:51 of the first overtime. Adam McQuaid got the secondary assist on the play.

Despite being outshot eight to six in OT, the Blackhawks still finished with 34 shots to the Bruins 28.

Game 3 will be held in Boston on Monday at 8 pm, on NBC.
