WATCH: Winnipeg Jets introduce fighter pilot helmet

Apparently in the hockey world, giving out cool player-of-the-game helmets is the new thing. The Winnipeg Jets, whose nickname honors the Canadian Air Force, may just have the best one.

Rather than doing anything super crazy, the Jets simply got an awesome fighter pilot helmet to hand out to their player of the game. On Friday, Winnipeg’s Devin Setoguchi scored two goals – including the game winner with less than 3 minutes to play – as the Jets beat Vancouver 4-3. Setoguchi was given the team’s inaugural game helmet, and it is pretty awesome.
