Although many scouts said he’d be better served playing second or third base in the majors, Brad Miller, is doing just fine for Seattle. He has only one error at shortstop and has brought not just a dazzling glove and solid bat, but a great energy to the ball club. He was a fan favorite as a student athlete at Clemson, and his gritty style of play is already endearing him to Seattle Mariner fans.
Tonight was a banner night for Mr. Miller as he crushed the Houston Astros with his first career home run… and then his second career home run. He mixed in some slick fielding for good measure. Check them out below.
Brad Miller would add a a slick glove snag/toss to second to start a double play to make Friday, the best game of his young career.
