Brittney Griner Dunks On Her Way To 50 In Season Finale

Brittney Griner gave the Baylor Bear fans a night to remember as the senior All-American finished her legendary night in fashion.  What’s better than ending her final home game by scoring a school and Big 12 record of 50 points against the Kansas State Wildcats.  Not only did she dominate the post area but she did her reenactment of former Los Angeles Lakers’ Hall of Famer, James Worthy, as she spinned toward the baseline and jammed the basketball for the first time at home since her freshman year.

“It means everything to just go out with a bang like that,” Griner said. “Got a dunk finally at home, scored 50. I mean there’s not a better way to go out.”

Griner’s slam dunk was her 14th dunk of her career as she leads the Lady Bears to a 90-68 route over the Lady Wildcats. Can you name 5 NCAA men’s basketball players heading into the NCAA tournament? Brittney Griner maybe the most recognizable player in college basketball. Who knows, maybe one of these NBA teams may take a fly on her, her post game is probably better than any big man in the draft and as you can see, she can dunk!
