Jim Caldwell To Be Hired By Ravens

  • Santos

Say Hello, Joe Flacco

According to Adam Schefter, former Head Coach of the Indianapolis Colts, Jim Caldwell, will soon be hired onto the Ravens coaching staff, most likely as the QB coach.

Hopefully Caldwell will have different results than he did with the duo of Curtis Painter and Dan Orlovsky, who led the Colts to a dreadful 2-14 record, and the first pick in this year’s NFL draft.

Caldwell was fired by the Colts on January 18th as Colts owner Jim Irsay decided to go in a different direction, hiring former Ravens Defensive Coordinator Chuck Pagano to replace Caldwell.

The Caldwell hire is just one of many coordinator positions assumed by former head coaches, as fired coaches like Jack Del Rio and Tony Sparano have already found employment.
