Sean Taylor Hit Best Moment in NFL Pro Bowl History?

  • Alyssa Wolice

With the 2014 Pro Bowl just around the corner, the NFL has released an online poll allowing fans to vote for their favorite Pro Bowl moment.

As of early Monday evening, the late Sean Taylor led the poll with roughly 45 percent of the vote for his monster hit on then-Buffalo Bills punter Brian Moorman in the 2006 Pro Bowl.

While Moorman had the wherewithal to get up and walk away from arguably one of the biggest hits he had ever seen – much less been a part of – many in Redskins nation still reminisce about the hit in Taylor’s lone Pro Bowl appearance. The following year, the late Redskins safety was named to the Pro Bowl posthumously, becoming the first NFL player ever to be selected to the game after his death.

Fans can view the videos of each of the favorite moments up for nomination—second place currently belongs to Brandon Marshall’s four touchdowns in the 2012 Pro Bowl. The winner will be announced during the Pro Bowl Draft on the NFL Network, Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 9 p.m. ET.
