The Redskins use a helicopter to dry their practice field
With a downpour of rain in Richmond, VA on Thursday night, the Redskins’ practice facility was left saturated and unplayable for Friday’s training camp. With no other options left, Redskins’ officials had a helicopter fly in and blow dry the field so training camp could continue on.

Although not everyone has a helicopter sitting in their garage, Whit Baldwin was kind enough to bring his chopper in and dry Redskins Park free of charge and even allowed enough time for their practice to carry on.
