Aaron Hernandez unable to watch the Patriots in the playoffs from jail
On Sunday afternoon, the New England Patriots face the Denver Broncos for the AFC Championship. The winner of the game will go on to play in the Super Bowl.
One former Patriots player will not be watching however.
That player is former star tight end, Aaron Hernandez, who is currently awaiting trial for the murder of Odin Lloyd, as well as being investigated for other murders in the states of Florida and Massachusetts.
Hernandez is considered a high-profile inmate at the Bristol County House of Correction in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts, which means he’s not allowed to socialize with other inmates. He’s kept in isolation.
When asked if Hernandez will be allowed to watch the Patriots play against the Broncos on Sunday:
“No. He’s not allowed to watch any TV.” said Bristol county Sheriff, Thomas M. Hodgson speaking to the Boston Herald.
