Alex Smith’s great showing makes the wrong kind of history.
You have to feel sorry for Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith. His four touchdown, zero interception, and 379 yard game against the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday afternoon was the first time in NFL history that a quarterback had thrown at least four touchdowns and no interceptions in a loss.
The Chiefs lost 44-45 to the Colts in the Wildcard playoff game at the Lucas Oil Stadium.
