Fresh off a Super Bowl victory, Anquan Boldin is feeling pretty good right now. The 32-year-old receiver played an integral role in the Ravens’ playoff run as a consistent target for Joe Flacco, and had 104 yards and a touchdown in the Super Bowl win over the San Francisco 49ers.

Boldin has had a remarkable 10-year career in the NFL, and it turns out that he is content with the idea of fading into the sunset. Boldin appeared on the Jim Rome Show on Friday, and says that he wants to retire as a member of the Baltimore Ravens.

“I love the organization, love the fan base, love the team,” Boldin added. “I’m not playing anywhere else.”

Boldin carries a $7.5 million cap hit into the 2013 season, the last of his current contract with the Ravens. With teams all around the league looking to save cap space, Boldin’s name has emerged as a possible cap casualty. If Boldin does get cut by the Ravens, he says that he will retire from the league.

“I definitely expect to be back,” said Boldin. “I have another year left on my deal. I’ll have to retire a Raven. That’s just the way it is.”

Boldin certainly would love going out on top like teammate Ray Lewis, who announced that the Ravens’ 2012 playoff run would be the end of his career. Boldin has recorded 772 receptions for 10,165 yards and 58 touchdowns in his 10-year career.
