With a 1-3 record and a game against number seven ranked Kansas State coming up this weekend, the Kansas Jayhawks are facing a lot of criticism again this year. According to ProFootballSports.com, Kansas Jayhawks coach Charlie Weis is upset with the school’s newspaper over their cover. With another Kansas loss most likely happening this weekend, the school’s newspaper created this cover:
Weis responded to the newspaper on his Twitter account yesterday:
Team slammed by our own school newspaper. Amazing! No problem with opponents paper or local media. You deserve what you get! But, not home!

I personally could care less. You are what are. On the other hand, if I don’t support the players good or bad, who will??

I am not sure who is right here, but I think Weis is taking criticism a little too serious. After all, it is simply just a school newspaper.
