Colts release WR Blair White

It’s pretty obvious by now that the Colts house has already been swept, and now Owner Jim Irsay is just shaking the rugs.

Irsay tweeted today that the Colts have released WR Blair White, which seems to be a surprise. White accounted for 355 yards and five TD’s over 36 receptions since joining the Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2010.

While he isn’t the likes of Calvin Johnson or Larry Fitzgerald, White is a young receiver with a lot of upside. He was due a salary of only $490,000 this upcoming season, so this likely isn’t a move to clear cap space.

The former Michigan State receiver averages just under ten yards a catch thusfar in his career, and it wouldn’t surprise me to see that go up. For what it’s worth, my thoughts are that White will be picked up quickly, and turn into the receiver that he can amount to next year.

I’ve heard the number 15 is available in Denver….

What is this about, here is a player who has real good hands a runs good routes he is cap friendly , sometimes I think they think TOO Much”..

The changes are becoming almost too much to even hope for positive results within 5-10 years. While they’re at it, why don’t they just ask for another new stadium, change their team colors, and oh year the team name too! Hoosier fans are capable of great loyalty, but our owner is really pushing it, unless he’s just unconcerned about selling tickets — that’s right, I forgot “it’s about the money”!!!

Sorry, makes me so mad, I can’t even write! Irsay said it’s NOT about the money? Anyone else believe that?!!!
