Robinson was originally drafted by the 49ers in the fourth round (100th overall) of the 2006 NFL draft out of Penn State University. After spending his first two years as a running back, he was converted to full back after the team’s starting full back went out for the season. Robinson was cut by the 49ers in September 2010 and signed by the Seahawks three days later. He made the Pro Bowl in 2011 and won a Super Bowl this year with the Seahawks.
In his career, Robinson has rushed 115 times for 422 yards (3.7 yards per carry) and two touchdowns. A versatile receiving threat, he has also caught 75 receptions for 610 yards and three touchdowns.
