Houston Texans Sign Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick
Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Houston Texans have signed former Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick to a two year deal:

Ryan was originally drafted by the St Louis Rams in the 7th round (250th overall) of the 2005 NFL draft. After two years with the Rams, he traded to the Cincinnati Bengals for a 7th round pick in 2007. Upon becoming a free agent in 2009, he signed with the Buffalo Bills and was named the starter in November that year. After a solid season in 2010 and a strong start in 2011, the Bills signed Fitzpatrick to a six-year $59 million contract. Just two years into his new contract, Fitzpatrick was released in March 2013 and signed a two-year contract with the Tennessee Titans. After just one season, he was released.
In 75 career games, Fitzpatrick has completed 1,341 of 2,757 passes (59.4%) for 14,444 yards, 93 touchdowns and 81 interceptions, compile a 77.0 passer rating. He has also rushed for 1,188 yards over his nine-year career.
