Bears rookie wide receiver Alshon Jeffery did not think his hand injury was that serious.

Looks like Jeffery was wrong about his hand.

Jeff Dickerson of ESPNChicago.com reports that Jeffery suffered a fracture in his right hand in Sunday’s 41-3 win over the Jaguars.

Per the report, Jeffery won’t need surgery.  But the hand is in a cast, and he likely will miss a couple of games.

Per Michael C. Wright of ESPNChicago, com, the Bears may sign another receiver as soon as Tuesday.
