Bears rookie wide receiver Alshon Jeffery did not think his hand injury was that serious.

Looks like Jeffery was wrong about his hand.

Jeff Dickerson of reports that Jeffery suffered a fracture in his right hand in Sunday’s 41-3 win over the Jaguars.

Per the report, Jeffery won’t need surgery.  But the hand is in a cast, and he likely will miss a couple of games.

Per Michael C. Wright of ESPNChicago, com, the Bears may sign another receiver as soon as Tuesday.
