The Seattle Biscuit company has a new sandwich out to feed hungry Seahawks fans as they prepare for the Super Bowl.

The “Crabtree’s Tears” Biscuit was unveiled via Twitter this afternoon. It’s a biscuit sandwich made with a slab of ham, caramelized onions, flagship cheese and sweet onion mustard.

The name is a little odd as one might think that would be the name of a drink – but nonetheless, they are taking their shot at the 49ers wide receiver who was the target of the infamous Richard Sherman batted down ball that turned into an interception for a teammate.

The play sparked a series of events that left an adrenaline-pumped Sherman as the center of attention going into the big game.

The shot was taken at an opponent their Seahawks have already beat – but there’s already requests being made for a
“Peyton’s Pansy” sandwich.

The Crabtree’s Tears however, sounds delicious. If only I was close to the Seattle Biscuit Company right now….
