No team has contacted Buffalo Bills for CJ Spiller trade
According to ESPN reporter Mike Rodak, the Buffalo Bills have not fielded a single call from another team looking to trade for running back CJ Spiller. There have been rumors lately that Spiller is on the trading block, but general manager Doug Whaley neutralized those reports.
Doug Whaley says the Bills have not been contacted by any team regarding C.J. Spiller.

CJ Spiller had an injury plagued season a year ago and is looking to bounce back strong in a contract year. He has the tools to be a great running back in these league, as proven by his 2012 stat line of 1,244 rushing yards with six touchdowns while averaging six yards per rush.
However, last year he tried playing through a high ankle sprain that was noticeably bothering him throughout the entire season. Spiller was still able to put up 933 rushing yards but that was on only five fewer attempts than in 2012 and his average per rush dropped to a disappointing 4.6.
This is good news for fans of the Buffalo Bills since they have not been to the playoffs in this millennium and are known around the league for letting their star players get away from them.
