It’s finally official.

Louisville Cardinal quarterback Teddy Bridgewater will enter the 2014 NFL draft.  The news has ended speculation that Bridgewater may stay in school for another year.  The news was broken by ESPN.

Bridgewater is considered to be the top quarterback prospect in the draft class and many draft experts having him going to the Houston Texans with the first overall pick.

Bridgewater threw for 3,970 yards, 31 touchdowns and a mere 4 interceptions in 2013.  In his final game for the Cardinals, he helped defeat the University of Miami Hurricanes 36-6 in the Russell Athletic Bowl.
