Terrell Owens Makes Demands And Threatens To Sue Allen Wranglers
The everyday circus that is the life of Terrell Owens just took another strange turn. The former NFL star who was cut by the Indoor Football League’s Allen Wranglers for, among other things, missing an appearance at a children’s hospital and refusing the travel to away games, is now demanding the Wranglers pay him $160,000 and retract their statements regarding not appearing at the hospital, or he will take legal action. As in, he will sue them.
Is this just another publicity stunt by T.O. to try to remain in the limelight far past his prime? Who knows, but it says something when you can’t get along with your teammates in the IFL. No wonder no NFL teams took a flyer on him when he attempted a comeback. I think reality television is a more feasible option for Owens than anything football related.
