This offseason has been filled with NFL Player arrests. Now, throw Titans WR  Kenny Britt on the long list.

104.5 the Zone in Nashville, Tennessee is reporting that the young Receiver was arrested on DUI Charges.

Britt, who accounted for 289 yards and three touchdowns before suffering a torn ACL that ended his season in week three last year has had multiple run-ins with the law. This will be his eighth arrest since entering the league in 2009.

The troubled receiver avoided any league reprimand last offseason due to the Lockout. This time though, Britt may not be so lucky. It has been reported that he doesn’t have a timetable for return this year, coming off of two offseason arthroscopic knee surgeries.

Many expect Rookie WR Kendall Wright to step up to the plate with Britt’s health up in the air, and now he may have a lot more opportunity, as the league will likely step in here.

Kenny must not have read the letter from Chad Ochocinco, instructing players on how to stay out of trouble.

No more details on the arrest have been released as of yet. Check back for updates as the story develops.

  • payton, great quaterback, SUPERBOWL? YEA!

  • Brick-hand Sanders from the Steelers? Is Manning a receivers coach now? Manning was on his game. Weren’t the Chargers without their starting corners? Still played great. Broncos defense stuffing the Chargers running game was impressive. That 30 yarder floated in there nice. Is it me or does Peyton’s passes look like a 30 yard bomb? That crap won’t work in the playoffs when Ravens defenders are used to practicing against Flacco who throws 70-yarders.
