WATCH: J.J. Watt Works Out With a 1,000-Pound Tire

I would assume most NFL players do a lot of cardio and gym work to keep in shape.  Houston Texans’ J.J. Watt takes his workout to another level.

Watt lifted this huge 1,000-pound tire 30 times.  He calls it his cool down workout.  Cool down?  This came at the end of his workout?  I can only imagine what his routine consisted of before this.  Check out how J.J. Watt stays at the top of his game on the field.
