Floyd Mayweather Jr. to Serve 90 Days in Jail:

Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been sentenced to 90 days in jail after pleading guilty to a (lesser) misdemeanor battery charge. Mayweather plead guilty to the battery charge, and two counts of harassment on Wednesday stemming from a domestic dispute in 2010.

Floyd avoids a hearing by pleading down, on what could have lead to grand larceny, coercion and robbery charges stemming from a dispute involving his ex-girlfriend and two of their children. The full brunt of those charges could carry a 34 year prison sentence. The 34 year old Mayweather will also serve 100 hours of community service and pay a $2,500 fine.

Anyone hoping to watch the “mega-fight” between Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao in May can fasten their seat belts as it seems that Floyd $$ has found a new, clever way of dodging Pacquiao. Joking! But the chances of that fight happening have gone completely out the window at this point.
