Sara Jones lost her battle with the website called TheDirty.com for defamation

Sarah Jones, formally of the Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader squad, initially won $338,000 from thedirty.com for defamation. That would be short lived however, as federal U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has overturned a verdict. Thus, Jones was not granted the $338,000 award she won in trial last July. However, the case isn’t completely done as Jones’  laywer, Chris Roach, said he will ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review the case. The U.S. Supreme Court only accepts a small percentage of cases submitted, so there is a good chance this case could be over.

Sarah Jones went to Facebook, ironically, to post her response. Facebook actually supported TheDirty.com over an anonymous user’s comment that defamed Jones, saying it violates the federal Communications Decency Act.
