Grant has had very little success during his tenure as Cavaliers general manager. Grant’s draft selections of Dion Waiters, Tristan Thompson and Anthony Bennett have not panned out. In fact, since taking over as Cavs GM, the team has posted a .287 win percentage. There is still hope for the Cavs however, as the Eastern Conference is putrid and Cleveland currently sits 5.5 games out of the eighth and final playoff spot.
