LeBron James open to return to Cavaliers

  • Jason Whitney

LeBron James says he wouldn’t rule out playing for the Cavaliers once again.

The Heat’s superstar forward said Thursday he could see himself playing in Cleveland, and if he decided to return he hopes “the fans would accept me.” James played seven seasons for the Cavs before leaving as a free agent in July 2010. He acknowledged that he “made a mistake” but also says he has moved on and is enjoying his time with the Heat.

Maybe LeBron trying to use these statements to lessen the harassment and booing he’ll surely receive when he goes up against his former team. A nice gesture nevertheless

He also states he believes Dan Gilbert made a mistake with how he handled the “Decision” but admits that he made a mistake too…stay tuned
