LeBron James works out for an hour immediately following Knicks loss
LeBron James summed up the trouncing the Knicks put on the Heat best when he said, “They kicked our ass, they have pretty much dominated us in two games.” LeBron James then took a page out of Kobe Bryant’s playbook and decided to unleash his anger in the weight room. According to LeBron, he needs to get better. Scary thought, considering his finishing stat line was 31 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists, finishing one assist shy of a triple-double.
Via The Palm Beach Post:
“I’ve got to be better,” James said. “I’ve got to be better. It’s that simple. I’m here, and I’m the last one to leave.”
“We’ve got work to do,” James said. “We can’t act like, OK, let’s just sweep this under the rug. We’ve got a lot of work to do. New York is a real team, they’ve got some real good players, and we understand that.”
A sweating @kingjames after a postgame workout: We’ve got work to do. We can’t sweep this under the rug. We’ve got a lot of work to do.
