Mariano Rivera received another gift on his retirement tour. This time from the Twin cities up in Minnesota. The team Mo broke the saves record against provided him with $10,000 to his charity and a unique gift – “The Chair of Broken Dreams.” Sweeny Murti gives us some insight on how awesome this chair is.

Mariano is not only known for being the best to close baseball games, but he’s also known for shattering bats with his ageless cutter. Rivera has received many gifts from teams throughout the season, but none as cool as this. The rest of the league left on this tour will have to step it up to beat Minnesota’s present.
