The Los Angeles Clippers have gone through one of the worst experiences a professional sports team has ever had to endure. Since the Donald Sterling racist rant was exposed, the team has banded together to show not just Sterling, but the world, that they are one regardless of their race.
This would explain why at the end of Game 7 against the Golden State Warriors, Doc Rivers showed his emotional side that we haven’t seen much of. With two seconds left, Rivers was seen giving high fives and fist pumps to the scorers table and crowd. Then, after the final buzzer, Rivers had tears coming down his face.
