With all the speculation of Kyle Korver leaving for Brooklyn or maybe even Milwaukee, the nine-year veteran decided to stay put and play for the Atlanta Hawks. Korver is set to make $24 million over the next 4 seasons with the Atlanta Hawks.
Brooklyn was first to offer Kyle a contract but were limited to only given him a three-year deal worth $10 million. Milwaukee was able to offer Korver the better deal, giving him a three-year contract worth $21 million. Not sure why Korver turned it down but at the end of the day he and the Hawks are pleased that he is back in the ATL.
