Ndamukong Suh Meets with Roger Goodell: Releases Statement:

DETROIT–

Detroit Lions defensive tackle, Ndamukong Suh, met with NFL commishiner, Roger Goodell on Tuesday. This was a meeting Suh set up, to discuss penalties he has received as of late.

Suh and the rest of the Detroit Lions defense has been labeled as “dirty” this season, a label they aren’t even denying. I think Suh is finally taking the advice that many analysts have been eager to give the young fella. Suh is an intense and important piece to the Lions defensive unit and the being labeled as a trouble-maker will do him no good moving forward.

When asked about his meeting with Roger Goodell, Suh said.

I am very appreciative of the opportunity to sit and speak with the Commissioner and his staff to clarify a few questions about my play, and the game in general. I have gained a better understanding how I need to continue to play the game to help my team win.

I look forward to the rest of the season and the doing everything we can to bring the Lombardi Trophy to Detroit.”
