According to Ian Rapoport, Chargers’ offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt just accepted the head coaching job with the Tennessee Titans.

Whisenhunt was fired from the Cardinal’s head coaching position after 3 straight years without making the playoffs. Whisenhunt went on to become the Chargers offensive coordinator under new head coach Mike McCoy. He took an offensive that ranked 31st in total offense and brought them to 5th.
Whisenhunt turned down the Detroit Lions job, to many people’s surprise. He will replace Mike Munchak who is interviewing with the Browns today.
