Last night on twitter I was reading up on some of the NFL Draft news while watching it on television. Picks were revealed on twitter before I saw them on t.v. What an awesome world we live in. What caught my interest was this tweet though about the Cowboys newest corner Morris Claiborne.
Morris Claiborne: I was shocked the Cowboys took me. They didn’t even talk to me.

Usually a team confirms draft day contact information, invites them to their facilities, or interviews them to let the player know they’re interested. Jerry Jones and the Cowboys decided to use the surprise party technique.
Claiborne is the highest ranked corner coming out of the draft. Pairing him alongside Brandon Carr (Cowboys newest corner via free agency), and the Dallas secondary looks dangerous.
