Once again Steelers fans saw Big Ben Roethlisberger leave the field, this time, not on a cart thankfully. It appears after a rough and tough game between both teams, who saw injuries on both sides, including Jimmy Graham and Heath Miller, Ben Roethlisberger was taken off the field in the last few minutes of the game against Seattle for a concussion protocol.
Ben Roethlisberger wasn’t the only player taken off the field for concussion protocol, Ryan Shazier (or Mr.Glass as some fans like to call him), was taken off earlier in the Seattle game for a concussion protocol.
The Steelers lost the game to Seattle, after Coach Tomlin decided to go for a field goal, instead of a touchdown late in the fourth quarter. Many fans are probably questioning some of Tomlin’s decisions in today’s game. The last thing the Steelers need is to lose Ben Roethlisberger for any more games, so let’s hope this concussion protocol proves to be nothing major and Roethlisberger comes back for next week’s game against the Colts. Look for updated information as I receive it.
