The last week and a half was disastrous for the NFL in terms of injuries, with the Rams announcing Sam Bradford will be out for the remainder of the season, and Jay Cutler going down for the Bears. Mark Sanchez never even got the chance to lose his job to Geno Smith due to a bum shoulder, while Christian ponder is about to fill in for his own replacement after Josh Freeman suffered a concussion with the Vikings. Word on the street is the Rams have made the call to retired legend Brett Favre, asking him to abandon hunting season for his assistance in saving their season. Will the 44 year old make another return to the grid iron? The QB situation in the NFL is starting to look a little pathetic.
