Hershey Bears wear special Movember jerseys, raise over $22,000 56

On Sunday, the Hershey Bears took on the St. John’s IceCaps. Even though the Bears lost the game 2-0, they looked good doing it. When the Bears hit the ice, they were wearing special Movember jerseys. The Movember jerseys were covered with mustaches, even the Bears logo donned a mustache. After the game, the team auctioned off their jerseys and raised $22,900 for men’s health awareness. The top-selling jersey went to Garret Mitchell for $1,000. Phillip Grubauer, Kris Newbury, Dustin Gazley, and Steve Oleksy came in tied for second raising $900. Rounding out the group in third place was Chris Brown with $850.
