NHL’s Dallas Stars deliver knockout blow to the Dallas Cowboys

  • Justin Arbogast

Yesterday, we brought you the a feature on the Dallas Cowboys Twitter feed taking shots at the NHL and MLB, saying that nobody cares they were on their way back.

This morning, the NHL’s Dallas Stars took an uncontested knockout blow to the Dallas Cowboys, by poking fun at their Quarterback, Tony Romo. Saying he couldn’t get the job done, while posting a photo of one of their players hoisting the Stanley Cup.

While it’s fun to see the back-and-forth between the two clubs, the Dallas Cowboys issued an apology for the tweets, and wished the Stars luck in their upcoming season. The Stars accepted the apology, and it seems as if the fun is over.

It’s no question though, the Stars definitely won this battle!
