Brandon Jacobs Will Workout for Giants on Tuesday
According to giants101.com, former Giants running back Brandon Jacobs and RB Willis McGahee will be among a large amount of RBs that will workout for the Giants on tuesday.
This move is obviously in connection with the abysmal showing of current RBs Davis Wilson and Da’rel Scott. Wilson was benched after fumbling twice and struggling with pass protection, allowing pressure to grow on QB Eli Manning.
Jacobs was a main part of the Giants offense from 2005-2011, before leaving via free agency and signing with the San Francisco 49ers in 2012. For the Giants, Jacobs rushed for 4,849 yards on 1,078 attempts and 56 touchdowns.
