VIDEO: Jhonas Enroth Makes Great Glove Save

  • Dave Ragazzo

If you’ve never heard of Jhonas Enroth, don’t worry, you’re not alone.  However, if you watch SportsCenter’s Top Ten Plays tonight, you will likely see him on the highlights.

Enroth, the backup goalie for the Buffalo Sabres, made an amazing save on Tuesday night, denying Claude Giroux of the Philadelphia Flyers of an easy goal.

Check out the save by Enroth:

Enroth is a 25-year old who was drafted by the Sabres in 2006, is the primary backup to Ryan Miller, who was just getting the night off.  Recently, he threw his entire team under the bus when he said “It’s tough to win with this team.”

He probably lost some friends after that one, but will easily gain them back if he keeps making saves like that.
