VIDEO: Mason Plumlee Dunks Over Kentavious Caldwell-Pope

  • Dave Ragazzo

Recent Nets draft pick Mason Plumlee did not waste any time in showing why Brooklyn took him with the 22nd overall pick.

In the team’s first summer league game, the Duke alum made a bid for his first SportsCenter “Top 10” dunk as a pro.  With six minutes remaining in the first quarter against the Pistons, Plumlee spun around fellow rookie Peyton Siva and threw down a vicious two handed dunk over Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.

Unfortunately for the Nets, the dunk was the lone highlight of a game that they lost 76-67.  Plumlee logged 30 minutes and scored 10 points while grabbing 14 rebounds.
