Year in Review: Buffalo Bills

1382297983000-FredJackson1020

With 2013 officially in the books, the NYSK writers wanted to take some time to talk about the ups and downs of the past year (mostly downs for all of our teams). Today, we will look at the year in review for the Buffalo Bills.

In this year end special, we will talk about the good, the bad, and the outlook for 2014.

The Buffalo Bills wrapped up the 2013 season at 6-10, which is consistent with their record from the previous 2 seasons. However, though the Win/Loss column did not change, Bills fans and onlookers can say that the performance of the team did improve quite dramatically. Some highlights that will be discussed further in this article include the defensive performance, the teams hurry-up offense strategy, Doug Marrone’s and Nathaniel Hackett’s play calling, and Rookie performance over the course of the season. So before we start crying foul, screaming that Doug Marrone needs to be fired, hollering that we need to draft a new quarterback, and saying this season was a bust, lets take a more in-depth look at how things went this year.
