Gilbert Arenas Selling Mansion;Includes Shark Tank/Grotto
Gilbert Arenas may have been signed to the worst contract in NBA history (and it wasn’t even the most Washington offered him), and having 111 million dollars has its perks. For example, Arenas owns a luxurious mansion with shark tanks and a Playboy Mansion-like grotto. However, now that the money train is coming to an end, as is probably Arenas’ NBA career, he has turned from a buyer to a seller, and has put that aforementioned mansion on the market.
The fact that Arenas’ first response to no longer having an NBA salary is selling his mansion could either be a really good thing, or a really bad thing. On one hand, maybe he realizes he can no longer afford a luxurious lifestyle that is necessary to maintain a shark tank. On the other hand, he may just be broke and blown through all the money he has made during his NBA tenure, and using the house to scrounge up whatever money he can.
Either way, the important part of this story is that for 3.5 million dollars, you can have a cool mansion with shark tanks and a grotto that used to be owned by a former NBA All-Star. Any takers?
