J.R. Smith plans to start next season, according to J.R. Smith
New York Knicks shooting guard J.R. Smith is one of the more colorful and outspoken personalities in the NBA. While he is talented and has shown flashes of superior talent, he’s mostly known for being wildly inconsistent and off-the-court antics.
Apparently, Smith plans on putting these antics behind him, as he’s sick of sitting on the bench and being the sixth man. A fan tweeted J.R., guaranteeing that Smith takes home the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year Award next season.
Smith wasn’t impressed, and basically said he will start in 2015 in his response to the fan.
