Michael Jordan says he’s 100% committed to the Bobcats
Michael Jordan has said he’s 100% committed to the Charlotte Bobcats, despite recent rumors stating that he was leaning towards calling it quits.
Michael has seemed distracted and down right irritated at times on the bench, but has never publicly came out saying he’d like a change of scenery. The fans in Charlotte have been anything but understanding of Jordan or the Bobcats current state of dismay, but Jordan is trying to reassure the city of Charlotte that he has a job to do and intends to see it through.
The Bobcats have lost 12 or their last 14 games and are currently riding the league’s worst record at 17-43, but MJ stays conscious of the situation by insisting that he has no plans whatsoever of selling the struggling franchise.
“I was disturbed to hear the false report that I intend to sell my majority interest in the Charlotte Bobcats,” Jordan said in a statement. “I am 100 percent committed to building the Bobcats into a contender and have no plans to sell the team.”
So there you have it, folks. Straight from the 6X champion’s mouth. Jordan has no plans of fleeing the Bobcats anytime soon.
