NBA Executive calls potential deal for No. 1 overall pick “Total BS”
The Orlando Magic and Cleveland Cavaliers were reportedly interested in negotiating a blockbuster trade. The Magic, apparently, were offering Arron Afflalo, the No. 4 pick and the No. 12 pick in exchange for the No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft that the Cavs once again possess. However, like many rumors this time of year, this appears to be nothing but smoke. In fact, one NBA executive may have summed it up best by saying the deal was “Total bullshit.”
Cleveland and Orlando nowhere on a possible deal for the No. 1 pick, team sources tell Yahoo Sports. “Total bullshit,” one executive says.

This time of year the NBA is filled with rumors so it’s hard to take any of them serious until they come to fruition. However, it does seem logical that these two teams would be engaged in talks about a potential trade. The Cavs seem to not have a clue of who they want to draft and it’s no secret they have been listening to offers regarding the number one overall pick. With that said, tonight we should start to get some answers on these rumors as the NBA draft begins at 7:30 p.m. ET time on ESPN.
