NBA Finance/Advisory Committee Unanimously Agrees on Sterling
In case you’ve been under a rock, Donald Sterling is in some trouble.
Adam Silver brought down the hammer on the Clippers’ owner, and recommended that the owners vote to remove Sterling from the NBA entirely. While no one expects this to be an easy process, an important first step has been taken.
The NBA Advisory/Finance Committee unanimously agreed to push Sterling’s ousting “as expeditiously as possible and will reconvene next week”

This isn’t a huge surprise, as all of the owners seem to be behind Silver’s decision. Still, it’s very nice to see that there is a sense of urgency here.
Many expect the owners to vote unanimously to remove Sterling, whenever that time comes. The problem? Sterling will probably fight this in the courts until the death.
