Toronto Raptors Re-Sign Greivis Vasquez

  • Mark Evans

The Toronto Raptors are spending a lot of time and money on point guards this summer.

After re-signing Kyle Lowry, the Raptors have now made a move to bring back their backup point guard as well. Greivis Vasquez, who was brought over in a trade from Sacramento last season, has agreed to a two year deal.

Vasquez is a nice backup for Lowry, and the Raptors now have three quality guards locked up with Lowry, DeRozan, and Vasquez.

After a quality season, it looks like Toronto has plans of keeping much of the core together.
