Free agent corner back Mike Jenkins continues on his quest to find a new team.  The Arizona Cardinals are the latest team who are interested in the services of the former first round draft pick.

Jenkins will be visiting the team on Tuesday, a day after visiting with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  He had previously played with the Dallas Cowboys and the Oakland Raiders.

The Cardinals were one of the first teams to show interest in Jenkins when free agency opened a week ago. Jenkins would be a good back-up option.  Jenkins has 10 interceptions and 203 tackles in six years in the NFL.

The Cardinals are looking to bolster their secondary after losing Antonio Cason and Javier Arenas to free agency and Tyrann Mathieu recovering from an ACL injury.  There have been runors of the Cardinals signing Antonio Cromartie, formerly of the Jets, but negotiations have hit a stalemate.

The Cardinals recently brought back corner back Bryan McCann on a one-year contract.
