WATCH: Josh Collmenter faces minimum 27 batters in complete game shutout

  • Dylan Veltkamp

Josh Collmenter’s start last night was absolutely brilliant.

He faced the minimum of 27 batters against the Reds last night, allowing only three hits in his first career complete game shutout. It is just the 13th time that has happened in a non-perfect game since 1914.

I would say that moving Josh back into the starting rotation has payed dividends for the Diamondbacks, wouldn’t you?
