According to Paul Hoynes (Cleveland Indians Beat Writer – Cleveland Plain Dealer) IF Jason Donald and OF Shin-Soo Choo will move down I-71 and join the National League Central Champion Cincinnati Reds.

GM Chris Antonetti just told Jason Donald that he and Choo have been traded to the Reds. #indians.

In a three-team, nine-player deal, Reds SS prospect Didi Gregorius, along with Tony Sipp (LHP) and Lars Anderson (1B) from Cleveland go to the Arizona Diamondbacks, and Drew Stubbs (OF) from Cincinnati, Trevor Bauer (RHP), Bryan Shaw (RHP), Matt Albers (RHP) from Arizona will go to the Tribe.

The Reds finally give up on Drew Stubbs and add a more consistent contact bat in Choo in front of Joey Votto in the potent Reds lineup.
